No app, ever — any phone works. Point your camera at the QR code, or tap the NFC icon if your piece has one, and a normal web page opens. Anyone can look inside with no account at all. To set it up — a child's habits, the birthdays you want reminding about — the owner signs in once with their email. You can also add a 4-digit passcode any time.

Every piece has a QR code, and some also carry an NFC chip — the product page for each piece says which. Both open exactly the same page, so nothing is missing either way.

Every piece is customised for you, which takes us a little time. We print and hand-finish within 2–3 working days, and delivery across India takes another 3–5. We'll keep you posted on WhatsApp the whole way.

We specify what each product is made of on its page. Based on utility we select a product category — PLA, PETG, ABS or even ASA. But for Kids Products we only use PLA — a plant-based, low-odour material that's kind to keep indoors. Wipe it clean with a dry cloth and keep it off hot windowsills.

Yes. Write it while you're choosing the piece, and we print it onto the welcome card that's sealed inside the box — so it's the first thing they read when they open it.

Not at the moment. Because every piece is hand-finished and personalised just for you, we can't offer cash on delivery — though we wish we could. UPI, cards and netbanking all work.

Because every piece is customised for you, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, message us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it — free.
