A chatbot gives you a decent gift idea in ten seconds — then forgets you the moment you close the tab. The Occasion Reminder does the part that actually matters: it remembers your real people and their dates, shows up before each one, and learns your taste every time you swipe.

Why it exists
You always mean to remember. Then the day arrives with no plan.
Birthdays, anniversaries, the festivals your family cares about — they're easy to hold in your head right up until the week they land, and then it's a frantic last-minute scramble or, quietly, a date missed altogether. Carrying a mental calendar for everyone you love is real work, and no amount of good intentions makes it any lighter.
How it works
Say it once. We remember forever.
01
Just say who to remember
Tap record and speak, in your own language — “my sister Shreya's birthday is 3rd August, my parents' anniversary is on Diwali.” No forms, no fields.
02
We pin every date
It sorts out the names, relationships and dates — even “next Diwali” or “second week of March” — and lays them out for you to confirm. Fix anything with a tap.
03
We remind you in time
About ten days before each occasion, an email lands with a short, budget-aware shortlist of gift ideas — early enough to actually decide, order and ship.
04
Swipe, and it learns
Swipe through the ideas like a deck of cards. Tap “gift this” to buy on Amazon or Flipkart. Every swipe quietly sharpens what it suggests next time.
What makes it work
Three things a chatbot can't do.
🎙️
Speak, don't type
Add a whole family in one breath — Hindi, Tamil, a natural Hinglish mix, whatever's easiest. Voice in; nothing to fill out.
🗓️
It shows up unprompted
The whole point: it reaches out before the date, so you're never the one who forgot. A reminder you don't have to remember to check.
🎁
Gifts in your budget
Set a budget per person and it only ever shows ideas that fit — no ₹8,000 suggestions for a ₹1,000 occasion.
💞
It learns your taste
Right on what you like, left on what you don't. After a handful of picks it stops guessing and starts knowing.
🔒
Their details stay yours
It keeps only a name, your relationship and the month and day — the year is optional. Your recorded audio is deleted the moment you confirm.
🛍️
We never touch payment
You buy on the retailer, on your terms. TouchBoxx only hands you the link and earns a small referral — never a rupee of your gift.
There's no separate app and no subscription. It opens the moment you scan your TouchBoxx and keeps working quietly in the background for as long as you own it. Own the object once; it remembers the people you love, forever.
Questions
Good to know.
No — that's the point. Speak naturally and it does the parsing for you. There's always a confirm screen to fix anything, and you can add or edit people by hand whenever you like.
Speak in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, English or a natural Hinglish mix — it's built for Indian names and code-switching, and you can set a preferred language in settings.
As little as possible: a name, your relationship to them, and the month and day of the occasion. The year is optional and notes are optional — and your recorded audio is deleted as soon as you confirm the details.
Never. We show a shortlist and hand you a link; the purchase happens on Amazon, Flipkart or the TouchBoxx store, paid entirely by you. We only earn a small referral on what you choose to buy.
Ten days by default — enough time to decide, order and ship — with an optional gentle nudge three days out if you haven't picked anything yet. You can change the lead time per occasion.
